U.S. stocks closed, the Dow initially closed up about – February 15 , 2023

U.S. stocks closed, the Dow initially closed up about 40 points, the Nasdaq closed up 0.92%, and the S&P 500 closed up 0.28%. WSB concept stocks and solar stocks were the top gainers, while vaccine stocks and oil stocks mostly fell. Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co (TSM.N) closed down about 5 percent.
