U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC): In the week ended September 26, speculators reduced the net short position of CBOT U.S. 2-year Treasury bond futures by 31,163 lots to 1,210,300 lots, and the net short position of U.S. 5-year Treasury bond futures increased by 18,836 lots to 1,210,300 lots. 1,025,782 lots, net short positions in U.S. 10-year Treasury futures increased by 29,682 lots to 731,998 lots, and net short positions in ultra-long-term Treasury futures decreased by 18,129 lots to 373,447 lots.
